Status: Trying to learn new notes
Lesson 4 goes onto the 5th and 6th strings, but it also teaches you about sharps and flats, now things are getting complex! I thought I just had 5 or 6 new notes to learn, but if you add in the sharps and flats then I have probably 20+ new notes! I did 45 minutes today including watching the lesson, so I will let all that information sink in then tomorrow I will try and get an hour of practice in so I can start working through the exercises and get to the songs. I think I will leave the chord exercises until I have learnt the songs, first I will get used to the new notes, then I will spend time concentrating just on the new chords and moving between them.
