I think I have the position for the barre chord now, the crease from my second joint on my finger should be just above the high e string, that gives me a clean sound from all six strings as long as I remember to press down with the middle of my finger. When I form the F chord though then using my other fingers distorts the position of my index finger… so I now need to work on getting that to sound out cleanly, or adjust my fingers so my index finger can stay straight across the strings.
